How do I return a product?
You can return products within 7 days of delivery. Go to My Orders > Return, select the reason, and schedule a pickup. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after pickup.
Where is my refund?
Refunds are initiated immediately after our quality check is complete. If you paid via UPI, it takes instantly. For Credit Cards, it may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change the address before the order is "Shipped". Once shipped, please contact our support team immediately, and we will try to reroute the package.
